Frisco Gymnastics Center's summer camp is back and promises to be our best summer yet! We pack the long summer days with tons of fun for ages 3 to 13, with field trips, challenging games, water activities, arts & crafts and more! At our summer camp, Campers develop friendships and make lifelong memories, with field trips to Six Flags, Medieval Times, Hawaiian Falls, and many other exciting summer camp destinations! Each week's games and crafts are geared toward the weekly theme. Don't let you child's summer pass idly by; FGC Summer Camp has something for everyone!

AGE GROUPS

Discoverers Summer Camp (ages 3-5)
Summer Campers ages 3 to 5 will have a blast this summer with age specific activities and weekly themed games, sporting and water activities, and lots of hands-on arts and crafts!  Full day Discoverers will travel on at least one field trip each week, to places such as the Heard Museum and Sandy Lake Park.  All summer campers must be at least 3 years old when camp begins and must be fully toilet trained.

Explorers Summer Camp (ages 6-8)
FGC offers a faster-moving day camp for campers ages 6 to 8.  This camp is designed specifically for these older kids, with unique and challenging activities and more field trips each week to places such as Hawaiian Falls, Medieval Times and Six Flags! Explorers will learn to solve problems, conquer fears and work as a team at Group Dynamix, a world-recognized leader in team building and group dynamics.

Our campers ages 9 to 13 will enjoy FGC’s ultimate camp experience!  In addition to theme-related games, sporting and water activities, and awesome field trips like Hawaiian Falls, Medieval Times and Six Flags, these campers will take an extra field trip each week, where they will have the opportunity to learn about and serve their community.  They will volunteer at local organizations, peek behind the scenes at local businesses and learn to understand their roles as citizens in the community.  We hope these Campers will participate in the Babysitters’ Training Course when offered by the City of Frisco. Expeditioners will develop leadership skills and conquer their fears at Group Dynamix, a global team building and group dynamics training facility located in Carrollton.

HALF OR FULL DAY

Half Day Summer Camp
Discoverers and Explorers (ages 3 to 8) have the option of participating in a Half Day Only camp.  These campers will enjoy outdoor water play, gymnastics, arts and crafts, theme-related games and activities and open gym.  Half Day Campers do NOT participate in field trips.  Half Day Camp is only available to kids under age 9.

Full Day Summer Camp
Full Day Campers participate in dynamic weekly activities, including indoor and outdoor games, rock climbing and multiple field trips to various exciting locations in and around Frisco.  Weekly field trips may include Hawaiian Falls, Medieval Times, Six Flags, Sandy Lake Park, Main Event, Strikz, Studio Movie Grille, Frisco Fire Safety Town and many more!  We pack each week of summer with tons of fun!

Kick It Up!
New this year!  Frisco Gymnastics Center, Frisco Taekwondo and Frisco Dance Force have come together this summer to offer free discounted gymnastics, Taekwondo or dance classes to our Full Day Summer Campers!  Other classes may also be available.  See the FGC office for more details!

Friday Fun!
We will have special activities on Fridays, including contests, special visitors and prizes!

Field Trips
FGC Summer Full Day Campers, under the leadership of our Field Trip Coordinator, will spend two to three days each week exploring and enjoying a variety of the area’s most fun, educational, cultural and recreational venues.  Campers will be transported either on a bus or in our camp vans.  Both the bus and our vans are air-conditioned, fully insured and driven by professional drivers or staff over age 25 with clean driving records.

Our Camp Staff
The true secret to a great camp experience is a great camp staff.  At FGC, we have developed experienced, caring adult camp counselors and junior staff, who enjoy sharing their time and talents with each camper.  Our counselors are carefully screened, background checked and CPR and First Aid certified.
