TRAMP N TUMBLE
1st Grade and Up, Ratio 9:1, 1 Hr. Classes
These classes are open to both boys and girls who love jumping on
the trampoline and want to learn how to tumble! Events include the
full-size trampolines, double mini-trampoline, and floor tumbling on
both the 65-foot Rod Floor and 40-foot Tumble Trak.
Jump & Tumble Levels 1 & 2
Learn proper technique of jumps and tumbling skills. JT1 will learn
separate jumps and tumbling skills while JT2 will learn how to put
them together.
JT2 pre-requisite: You must have mastered back handspring.
JT1:
Saturdays: 9:30-10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
JT2:
Saturdays: 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Weekly Flip Clinics
An opportunity to have additional time in the gym to work on your
tumbling skills. Advanced sign up required.
Fridays: 4:30-5:30 p.m.
Teen Tumble
(Ages 13+) This class is
for our older tumblers who would like to learn or advance their
current tumbling skills.
Tuesdays:
7:30-8:30 p.m.
Tramp & Tumble Levels 1 – 3
Learn the basics through advanced tumbling skills while
incorporating jumps, twists and turns. Each gymnast will learn and
perfect routines for each level allowing for advancement with skill
understanding and mastery.
TT2 pre-requisite: Tramp-back/front drops; DM-front flip;
Floor-standing back handspring.
TT3 pre-requisite: Tramp-coach eval; DM-1/2 twist; Floor-series
of back handsprings into a back tuck.
TT1:
Mondays: 3:30-4:30 p.m.
Tuesdays: 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Fridays: 3:30-4:30 p.m.
TT2:
Tuesdays: 5:30-6:30 p.m.
TT3:

Adult Tramp &
Tumble
Adults learn to tumble and use the trampolines for the purpose of
gaining fitness (and fun).
7:30-8:30 p.m., Mondays
9:30-10:30 a.m., Fridays
